  • Provide a wedding checklist for the bride and groom

  • Sourcing and booking of suppliers/vendors for

1.   Venue (ceremony & reception)

2.   Caterers

3.   Photographers / videographers

4.   Florist / event stylist

5.   Designers / couturiers

6.   Invitations and other print materials

7.   Cake

8.   Hair & make-up artist

9.   Musicians / choir / singer (for the ceremony)

10. Bands / performers / dance instructors / choreographer / emcee (for the reception)

11. Jeweler

12. Gifts & giveaways

13. Bridal car service

14. Van service for guests, etc.

15. Negotiate and check all vendors’ contracts before signing

16. Book suppliers

  • Will help in reviewing the contracts for suppliers booked or to be booked by the client if any

  • Review invitation wordings and missallette before printing

  • Will help in selecting readings for the ceremony, missalette or wedding program if necessary

  • Will help in conceptualizing the reception program sequence.

  • Finalization, execution and overall coordination of all plans
